ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions for K-12 students within designated hours through personalized learning plans based on student's grade levels, needs, and academic goals.
• Utilise diverse online instructional strategies, tools, and resources to create an interactive and stimulating learning experience, adapting when necessary to drive student growth.
• Provide clear and effective instruction, guidance, and feedback to enhance students' comprehension and to inform future tutoring sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, progress notes, and relevant information to deliver comprehensive progress reports.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and colleagues to review QA analysis, session KPIs, and overall performance to continuously improve yourself and your team.
• Perform any assigned or necessary additional duties.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Be at least 18 years old with a bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in English (CEFR Level B2 or higher) and demonstrate mastery in Math (Basic Math; Pre-Algebra; Algebra; Geometry; Trigonometry; Pre-Calculus; Calculus; ACT/SAT) or English Language Arts (English; Literature; Writing ACT/SAT English & Reading)
• At least 1 year of English-based in-classroom or virtual teaching experience.
• Must clear through intensive 4 to 6-week Certification training and account screening process.
• Undertake mandatory FBI and Indian criminal history and background verification checks.
• Participate in daily virtual meetings with team managers.
• Be readily available for 4 to 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, between approximately 6 pm and 6 am IST
• Type at least 40 words per minute at +5%+ accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Desktop or laptop: Intel i5 or higher, Windows 10 or higher, Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
• 8GB RAM or higher, CPU Core of 7300 or higher, and 500 GB HDD or 120 GB SSD storage
• Noise-canceling headphones, microphone, webcam, second monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, and pen tablet.
• Minimum 100 Mbps broadband wired network. 25 Mbps backup internet. Shared links are not allowed (e.g. PG, hostel, public Wi-Fi, or hotspots).
• Backup power stations lasting at least 8 hours for computer and internet modem (inbuilt battery or UPS).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Rs 200 per completed session hour. Earn Rs 40,000+ per month based on volume and performance.
• Training, retention, and performance-based bonuses based on quality, volume, and peak hour coverage.
• Teach from home with a wide-range of schedule options depending on student needs.

• Experienced mentors provide guidance and support during work hours.
