Position: Freelance HR

Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
· Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
· Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Assist in conducting reference checks for potential employees.
Experience (Functional):
● 2 years Recruitment Experience
● Have relevant skills and interests
