This role requires in-studio availability of 1–2 days per week, with the potential for increased days based on production volume and workflow demand. Punctuality and consistent on-site attendance are mandatory requirements for this engagement.

Responsibilities:

Perform colour correction and colour QA checks on product images daily, with accuracy, speed, and expert judgement
Evaluate and flag colour inconsistencies across product image sets, referencing approved colour standards and brand guidelines
Process high volumes of imagery under tight production schedules while maintaining consistent colour accuracy
Follow established production workflows and studio processes without deviation; communicate proactively with management on status, flagged items, and any blockers

Requirements and Skills:

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a commercial production environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop colour correction tools (curves, levels, hue/saturation, selective colour) within a Mac environment; Adobe Suite experience required.
Experience working with Capture One colour grading tools considered a strong asset
Prior experience with a focus on colour accuracy and digital shelf standards is strongly preferred
Exceptional ability to visually identify and correct subtle colour shifts, tone inconsistencies, and white balance issues across large image sets
Strong critical eye, meticulous attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset when reviewing and approving colour output
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a reliable, cooperative member of the studio team
Proven ability to follow established colour standards and production processes precisely and consistently, with zero tolerance for deviation
Ability to manage multiple active image batches simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet production deadlines
Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to quality and a genuine respect for studio process and team workflow
Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to flag issues, ask questions, and report progress accurately to production management

A portfolio with samples of work along with a professional resume is required in submission process.
