• About the role
Reports to: Sales Manager, Hours: +:00-6:00 Monday-Saturday
(we are happy to consider flexible working subject to successful completion of training and consistent sales performance)
• Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata
• Remuneration: Commission only
The position becomes self-employed - with guaranteed monthly payments in place.
• Your duties
Responding promptly to inbound enquiries
Consulting with clients to understand their needs
Preparing quotations
Guiding prospective clients through the sales process
Following up your pipeline
Prospecting and generating new leads (online, networking, events, etc.)
Client education, handling objections
Regular achievement of targets
Providing excellent customer service
Managing client relationships, satisfaction and expectations
Civil Diploma / Degree Bachelor Degree (or equivalent)
Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles.
Can work independently and manage time, whether in our office or remotely
Have a process driven sales approach and proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads
Proven track record of presenting and closing mid-market relationships/accounts
A strong understanding of Executive Search products is preferred
Strong cold calling skills; you should be comfortable calling directly into an organization and seeking out decision-makers for our products and services
