Job Title: Freelance Sales Executive – Course Promotion

Location: Work from Home

Type: Freelance (Commission-Based)

Reporting To: Sales/Marketing Manager

About Us:

SJ Educational and Training Institute, operating under the Johnbeevi Sythamoo Educational and Charitable Trust, offers a wide range of professional courses in Clinical Nutrition, Child Care, and related fields. We are now looking for dynamic freelance sales professionals to promote our courses and help expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote institute courses to potential students via online and offline channels.

Work on leads provided by the institute and also generate your own leads.

Follow up with leads, explain course offerings, and convert them into enrollments.

Maintain regular communication with the reporting manager regarding leads and conversions.

Maintain proper records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.

Leads will be provided, and self-generated leads are also encouraged.

Work from home with complete flexibility in working hours.

Training and promotional materials will be provided.

Eligibility Criteria:

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Basic understanding of education and training courses preferred.

Experience in sales/telemarketing/education counseling will be an advantage.

Must be self-motivated and target-driven.

Must be able to report progress and updates regularly.

Payment Structure:

Purely commission-based – paid per successful admission/conversion.

High incentive potential based on performance.
