Job Summary
We are looking for driven and self-motivated Freelance Sales and Marketing Specialists to promote and sell Grozeo's franchising opportunities. As a freelancer, you will be responsible for generating leads, pre-qualifying them, and closing deals. This is a fully remote role with unlimited earning potential, offering up to £6,000 per month in incentives based on performance. Each successful conversion earns a minimum of £200.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify potential franchisees for Grozeo’s franchising model using both digital and offline marketing methods.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct initial assessments of leads to ensure they meet the criteria for Grozeo’s franchise program.
• Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process from lead contact through to closing, including contract negotiation.
• Marketing Outreach: Use creative marketing tactics, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and networking, to attract qualified leads.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective franchisees, guiding them through the decision-making process.
• Reporting: Track and report on leads, conversions, and sales metrics regularly.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in franchising, tech, or digital industries.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
Incentives
• Minimum of £200 per successful conversion (each closed franchise deal).
• Up to £6,000 per month in incentives based on performance, with no cap on earnings.
