FREELANCE TECH PACK DESIGNER (OFF-SITE)

As a fast-fashion company, speed and efficiency are just as important as accuracy. We are looking for someone who can produce clean, detailed tech packs quickly without sacrificing quality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create clear, accurate, and production-ready tech packs based on provided CADs, colorways, and design specifications (Spec sheets will be provided)
Input all necessary product details including measurements, construction notes, and garment callouts
Ensure proper artwork placement, sizing, and scaling across all styles
Assign and document Pantone colors and color standards
Organize and format information so factories can easily understand and execute designs
Work closely with the design team to interpret provided assets into clean, usable tech packs
Revise and update tech packs as needed based on feedback or production changes
Execute work quickly and efficiently to support fast turnaround timelines
WHO YOU ARE:
3+ years of experience creating apparel tech packs
Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes
Highly detail-oriented while maintaining speed and efficiency
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced or fast-fashion environment
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Experience working with overseas factories is a plus
POSITION DETAILS:
Freelance / contract role
Fully remote (off-site)
Project-based with potential for ongoing work
COMPENSATION:
BOE
Portfolio showcasing tech pack work is required (must be included with application).
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
