Full job description
A freelance telecaller for a loan process will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, and guiding them through the application process. They'll need strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively. The job may involve outbound calling, lead generation, and follow-up to ensure loan applications are successful. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.
Loan Product Knowledge:Understand different loan types (e.g., personal, home, auto) and their eligibility criteria.
Customer Interaction:Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, documentation processes, and interest rates to potential borrowers.
Lead Generation:Identify and qualify potential customers who might be interested in applying for a loan.
Follow-Up:Contact potential customers to address questions, guide them through the application process, and ensure they have the necessary information.
Sales Goals:Work towards sales targets by successfully converting leads into loan applications.
