Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to join our team. You will help bring Pinky Promise’s story and the journeys of the women we serve to life through engaging video content.

This is a freelance position, and you can work remotely, but we need someone who has the bandwidth to deliver videos within tight deadlines.

Compensation - As per market standards and experience

What You’ll Do

• Edit short‑form and long‑form video content (e.g., social media reels, ads, YouTube video).

• Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across all video content.

• Provide polished deliverables with colour correction, sound levelling, and consistent pacing.

• Manage file organisation and consistently meet delivery deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of hands-on video editing experience, preferably for digital-first platforms.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and or DaVinci; working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator.

• A portfolio showcasing video editing for digital platforms.

• Strong storytelling instincts: pacing, clarity, and visual flow matter.

• Independence, excellent communication, and remote‑work discipline.
