Filming Basics: Familiarity with filming fundamentals, including working with raw footage, creating cohesive edits using a mix of wide, medium, and close-up shots, and integrating B-roll
Experience cutting interviews and layering relevant B-roll over audio while being adaptable and selective with footage
Attention to Design: Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling to enhance video quality and maintain audience engagement
Portfolio of Relevant Work: Provide examples of social media video content, particularly for Instagram and TikTok, that demonstrate your editing style and creativity

This role focuses on short-term and long-form video content (between 15 seconds to 1 minute), spotlighting local businesses and attractions in Chicago.
