About Noir Studios:
Noir Studios is a growing creative startup that makes fun, story-driven content for Instagram-first brands and channels. Led by Rishabh Bhasin, we create videos in the food, drinks, and lifestyle space—keeping it clean, chill, and relatable.
We’re now looking for a freelance video editor who can shoot and edit videos using a smartphone. No fancy gear or agency experience needed—just basic skills, curiosity, and a genuine interest in content creation. You’ll learn as you go.

What You’ll Do:
• Edit short-form videos (mainly Instagram Reels)
• Shoot simple, well-framed videos on phone (occasional, if you’re in Pune)
• Follow reference scripts or voiceovers to build quick, clean edits
• Add basic transitions, subtitles, and music
• Work closely with the founder for creative feedback and guidance

What We’re Looking For:
• You know how to shoot with a phone (stabilized, natural lighting, clean angles)
• You can edit basic reels using CapCut, VN, or any mobile/desktop app
• You’re based in Pune (preferred for occasional shoots)
• You’re willing to learn, experiment, and improve over time
• You’re chill, reliable, and enjoy the process of creating content

• Can design simple thumbnails or post covers in Canva/Figma
• Aesthetic sense for reels, timing, and trends
