Freelance Video Producer
You'll be responsible for producing ads in multiple formats, including Street Interviews (vox pop style), Podcast-style seated talks, VSLs (Video Sales Letters), Talking-head explainers, Demo/tutorial-style mobile screen recordings, Reaction/Testimonial videos, Product unboxings or try-ons, Skit-based storytelling ads.
Your main duties will include:
- Taking ownership of video production from concept to final delivery
- Working with briefs to tailor content for performance marketing
- Scripting or structuring the flow of UGC-style videos as needed
- Casting actors or everyday people as required across age groups and genders
- Shooting engaging footage using your phone or camera (clear audio and lighting required)
- Editing videos for high retention, scroll-stopping hooks, and strong CTAs
- Delivering videos in requested formats/aspect ratios
PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Payment is per approved video, with scope for bonuses based on performance. Fast turnaround equals more work opportunities, with rates varying by complexity and format.
