Overview:
STUDIO ARUNISHA is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented freelance corporate lawyer to join our team. As a freelancer, you will work directly with clients on a variety of corporate legal matters, providing efficient and high-quality legal services. This role specifically involves drafting and reviewing contracts, employer agreements, NDAs, and freelancer agreements for our design studio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate and business matters to ensure legal compliance and protect the company's interests.
- Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence to support various legal issues and business decisions.
- Prepare, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, agreements, NDAs, and freelancer agreements.
- Negotiate favorable terms for clients in business transactions to ensure advantageous outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in corporate law, particularly those affecting the design and creative industry.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both orally and in writing, to explain legal issues and provide solutions.
- Manage your own workload and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
Qualifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate law, preferably with experience in the design or creative industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to effectively convey legal concepts and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
