Job Summary
Kaizenat is looking for Freelancer Event Specialist to lead our B2B event marketing initiatives across industries like automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and energy. This role focuses on executing impactful events such as CXO-level gatherings, Masterclasses, Webinars, and Tradeshows to drive lead generation, build industry partnerships, and elevate our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Event Management: Plan and execute B2B events aligned with lead-generation goals.
• Content Coordination: Work with speakers and creative teams for compelling presentations and materials.
• Budget & Vendors: Manage event budgets and vendor relationships for cost-effective execution.
• Post-Event Engagement: Nurture leads and gather feedback to enhance future strategies.
• Reporting: Track event performance and provide detailed ROI reports.
Mandatory Skills
• B2B event marketing experience in IT, SaaS, or engineering domains.
• Experience with hybrid/virtual events (Zoom, Hopin, etc.).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of experience in B2B event marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end events and generating qualified leads.
• Familiarity with simulation/engineering software is a plus.
