• Screening resumes.
• Interview candidates via phone.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Share interview address and time with applicants.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Taking follow ups with company HR and as well as with candidates.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
• Continue follow up with candidates from screening to joining.
Requirement-

• Candidate should be ready to call on atleast 50 numbers daily.
