We are looking for female recruiter, especially someone who is not working anywhere currently

Job Description :

· Freelancer has to do End to End recruitment process.

· Freelancer has to source candidates majorly from Job Portals, LinkedIn and other Social Networks.

· Freelancer has to do sourcing & Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications & skills meet the requirement.

· Freelancer has to share the job profile and the company details with the candidates.

· Freelancer has to share the shortlisted candidates / scheduling technical / final interviews

· Coordinating with them throughout the process.

Clauses:

· Freelancer will get 40 % commission on billing amount received from client after deducting tds from every closure which is done by him/her.

· Payment will be made after when Expo Job Consultancy receive payment from client.

· If candidate leaves before +0 days and in case payment is made earlier, freelancer has to give money back.

· Freelancer will be provided job portal.

· Mobile bill will not be paid by Expo Job Consultancy

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
