• Job Description-
- Reaching out to prospective clients (Restaurants), meeting face to face and demontrate our software solutions, creating suitable offers and sign-up of new merchants
- Meet monthly revenue targets
- Registration and onboarding of new merchant, including documentation/ verification/ enrolment/ Payments and compete online registration process
- Responsible for being a point of contact for servicing requirements and service fulfilment for new and existing merchants during and after the onboarding stage.
- Completing the restaurant setup on QRkey systems and handover to merchants.
- Conducting handholding and training sessions with the merchant and their representatives to ensure that the transition of the merchant from their existing system to our system is hassle-free and convenient.
- Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the brand
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service for both existing and newly acquired clients
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups

• Salary: ₹3,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
