As this is a Part time Job, Freelancers will be paid either on Hourly basis or monthly basis, which will be decided based post interview.
What’s The Job?
As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will create, analyse, review and amend the technical assessments that has been using to curate the candidates who wants to be a part of Uplers’ Talent Network. You will be working on multiple tech stacks, i.e. Python, Java, C#, FrontEnd, BackEnd, CMS Platforms, JS, DevOps, Data Engineers, Data Scientist, Database systems, AWS, Cloud Computing, and other programming languages etc. We aim to deliver quality domestic skilled candidates to our global clients, so we expect the robust pre-vetting technical assessment.
This is a Contratual position but remote opportunity.
Qualifications and Experience
· We don't expect the ideal candidate to check every box, but the items below are things we look for when reviewing candidates. Do not let this discourage you from applying.
o Fluent in English with strong writing skills.
o Previous hands-on experience on technical programming language assessment curation
o Experienced in analysing the right assessments for the different level of candidates or technical educator or potential as an senior tech expert who explore different technical skills.
o Hands-on coding experience with different technical programming languages like DotNet, Java, Python, DevOps, Opensources, C++, C#, R, Swift, Go, etc.
o Comfortable working with different ready to share technical assessment tools like Codility, HackerRank, HackerEarth, etc.
o 10+ years of experience as programming language expert
o Ready to work as a contractor
o Help in building & curating the technical interviewers or any past experience working as an Interviewer on other platforms.
o Proactive and punctual (meet the deadlines) to complete the assigned tasks
