Roles and Responsibilities:
To connect with potential customers or businesses via telephone to promote our application and web page.
To explain the benefits of our services to potential customers.
To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
For further process, get customers' details including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
To record the reaction of the customer to the services including their details.
To ensure that every customer being called registers and logs into the application.
To take a follow-up from the users previously called and ensure that they have logged in to the application.
To retain the users in case of dissatisfaction with the products or services.
To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the company.
To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
