BARKLAYS LOGISTICS CORP. is looking for import / export operators who are genuinely and sincerely interested in their next job for the long-term career at our company. This position requires to work closely with customers, agents, carriers and trucking companies to ensure all the export / import shipments timely from or to USA..
Manage incoming calls/emails
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Track, trace and facilitate Export and Domestic Shipments
Keep in touch with the client to provide updates and assistance throughout the process
Making bookings with the lines and co-loaders
Coordinating/ensuring all export documentation is submitted to the shipping lines and destination agents on time
Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, time management, and team player.
Handle and process all import documents. Communicate and coordinate with origin offices.
Keep control logs to ensure all export operations duties are done timely
Coordinate with the packing crew to ensure that cargo is palletized and delivered to the port terminal
Perform other duties as assigned by management
computer literate in Microsoft Office, Outlook
Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
