Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarder (Customer Service) located near South Delhi. The Freight Forwarder will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to forwarding, exporting, customer service, freight forwarding, and freight transportation.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in relevant software and systems
Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
