Manage and deliver excellent customer service
Manage import and export sea/air operations
Arrange bookings with Shipping lines/ Airline partner
Monitor and update shipment status reports
Respond to queries from overseas offices, suppliers and clients
Manage existing client accounts.
Assist in comparing competitive and accurate quotes for air, sea, and road freight. Coordinate bookings, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
Provide regular updates and clear communication throughout each shipment.
Manage invoicing and job completion, ensuring accuracy and closure.
Skills and experience:
Manage and deliver excellent customer service

Import air and sea operations experience
Export air and sea operations experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, agents
Excellent ENGLISH skills in both verbal and written communications
