Key Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Banking Operations Manager, you will oversee the management of client banking operations, including account opening and closure. You will be responsible for recommending and explaining banking services and products to clients based on their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Finance is required. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
