Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the national curriculum and school policies.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to learn and develop their skills.
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to support the different learning styles and abilities of each child.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to create a cohesive and effective learning community.
