About Us
PointsAdvisor is the new division of FirstClass.com.au, which was established in 2003 and is now synonymous with Luxury Travel. We have grown to be Australia’s independent national award-winning premium travel agency that specializes in first and business class flights, six-star cruises, luxury holidays, and extraordinary experiences.
We are building a Points Advisor team to service Australia’s elite travellers using reward points for predominantly first and business class flights.
You will work predominantly at our Sydney CBD office, from May 2025.
Training will be done mostly in our Parramatta office till end of April. After initial training, working from home on some days is possible if you are able to complete most of your tasks without supervision.

The Role
We are seeking dedicated Points Advisors/Sales Consultants with a desire to excel, organising first/business class flights with reward points earned with airlines or credit cards, for discerning clientele from the first point of contact through to travel and beyond, with a focus on building an ongoing relationship.
Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of airline loyalty programs
Experience in redeeming points for various airline redemption platforms
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Strong time management and deadline prioritisation ability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with customers to generate sales
Desirables
Experience in retail travel consulting, airfare consulting
Experience in GDS, Amadeus preferred
