Location – Ahmedabad (Work from office)
Salary – 2,88,000 per annum (24,000 Per month) + Incentives
Job description
• We are looking for young and proactive professionals who can join US IT Staffing team.
• Will be responsible for full cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and close candidates for
assigned requisitions.
• Will be working on Internet based recruiting tools (i.e. Job Portals, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Will be responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and
placement.
• Will be responsible for validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status.
• Will be working on portals like dice, monster, ATS and networking sites like Linkedin as well.
Required Candidate profile
• Excellent command over English Language, great work ethics and committed to the organization on
a long-term basis.
• Ability to understand IT Jargons, IT Concepts and latest trends.
• Should be proactive and quick learner.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree or Diploma in computer science/IT/EC (B.Tech/B.E/BCA/B.Sc) is must.
• Ready to work in night shifts
