MyPrivateTutor, a leading online education platform, is seeking talented and enthusiastic fresh graduates as Backend Process Executives to oversee member profiles and enhance their quality on MyPrivateTutor.com. As a Backend Process Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving tutor and institute profiles, ensuring they attract more student enquiries. This is a hybrid position based in Kolkata, with two work-from-home (WFH) days and four work-from-office (WFO) days every week.
Responsibilities:
• Thoroughly review and enhance all member tutor and institute profiles by updating relevant data.
• Activate profiles in the CRM system after verifying and validating all fields.
• Assist tutor members in optimizing their profiles to maximize student enquiries.
• Provide guidance and support to members on profile improvement techniques.
• Contact coaching institutes via email to gather course details, introductory videos, and other necessary information.
Candidate Experience and Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Backend Process or Backend CRM Executive role.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to write professional and effective business emails.
• Excellent command of English spelling, grammar, and sentence formation.
• Proficiency in internet searching, browsing, and the use of modern tech tools.
Salary and Work Terms:
• Salary CTC of 20,000 INR per month, inclusive of PF.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 6 days (4 WFO and 2 WFH days).
• Laptop provided for work purposes.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• No of openings: 2
