Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team in Pune. This role is responsible for driving sales of various insurance products by advising clients on the best coverage options to meet their needs. This position is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Generation: Actively seek out new clients and develop a robust network through leads, referrals, and cold calling within the Pune market.
• Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs (Life, Health, or General Insurance, based on focus).
• Product Expertise: Clearly explain different insurance policies, coverage options, and premiums to clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure policy renewals and generate future sales.
• Documentation & Compliance: Complete all necessary policy application forms accurately and ensure adherence to all regulatory and company compliance guidelines.
• Reporting: Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Freshers with a strong aptitude for sales may also be considered.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication in English and Marathi (or Hindi) is essential for local market penetration.
• Proven negotiation and convincing skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and highly disciplined.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
