We are hiring energetic and motivated individuals for the role of Client Acquisition. This is a field-based role ideal for candidates who enjoy working on-ground, meeting new people, and helping clients find the right property solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet prospective clients/customers at project sites and nearby locations.
Promote residential/commercial real estate offerings and explain project details.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Regularly update reporting manager on daily field activities and client interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-handling skills and a proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of property or field sales will be an advantage.
Must be self-driven, motivated, and results-focused.
