Role:-
As a Technical Lead in Gen AI, we are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), document processing, and advanced search/summarization techniques. You will work on building intelligent, agentic architectures that leverage AI to solve complex business problems
Responsibilities: -
Design and implement Gen AI solutions using LLMs for various enterprise use cases.
Develop and optimize workflows for document processing, semantic search, and text summarization. Build and deploy applications in agentic architectures, ensuring scalability and robustness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks

5 - 8 Years

Educational Qualifications: -
Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills: -
Mandatory Technical skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience leading and implementing successful AI projects.
A proven track record of developing and deploying AI/GenAI solutions that deliver real-world business value.
Strong understanding of LLM models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and their applications
Strong software development skills in Python and familiarity with relevant AI/ML libraries.
Hands-on experience in Python, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.
Expertise in document processing pipelines, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
A passion for AI and a drive to push the boundaries of what's possible.
Good to have skills: -
Familiarity with agentic architectures and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar.
Knowledge of search algorithms, embedding models, and summarization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
Prior experience in healthcare domain
Certifications in AWS, GCP or Azure.
Certifications in Data Science
