PJSW SOLUTIONS is seeking a Fresher Computer Operator to join our dynamic team in a WFH (Work From Home) capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for computer operations for voice process projects in a team-based environment. The candidate should have basic computer skills and should be confident, dedicated, and willing to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
Processing data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Addressing customer issues timely and efficiently
Operating computer peripherals such as printers and scanners
Maintaining records of completed tasks
Employing excellent customer service techniques
Adaptation to the latest technology platforms and standards
Following company guidelines and protocols
Requirements

Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay self-motivated
