Infinite Web Marketing Pvt. Ltd., with over 13 years of experience in the EdTech and business outsourcing space, is expanding rapidly in the UAE, USA, and Indian markets. Through our platform ResourcePerHour.com, we deliver world-class resources for projects across digital marketing, event management, training, technology, and customer service.
We are now hiring a dynamic and professional female Event Manager to lead our on-ground and virtual event executions in Mumbai and occasionally other metro cities.
What You'll Do
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, training workshops, seminars, and conferences
Liaise with clients, vendors, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Source and manage venues, logistics, catering, decor, AV setup, and branding
Supervise event staff and ensure adherence to brand and quality standards
Handle pre-event setup and post-event breakdown and reporting
Manage event promotions, RSVPs, and feedback collection
Work on multiple events simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Prepare budgets, timelines, and event briefs for clients and internal teams
What We're Looking For
Female candidates only (safety, travel comfort, and team alignment reasons)
Based in Mumbai with strong local vendor and venue knowledge
Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or production
Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
Hands-on attitude with leadership capabilities and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with flexible hours and weekend events if needed
Knowledge of corporate, educational, and government event formats is a plus
