About the role:
TELUS International is looking to hire Fresh engineers to map out their infrastructure support system across geographies. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and ready to upgrade himself/herself with the latest technologies in the infrastructure business. If someone has exposure to IT Infrastructure/ Network Monitoring, Enterprise level NMS /Helpdesk Management tools / L1 (Network) will be a very added advantage. You will be undergoing training on the specific tools required for the smooth execution of the project.
Responsibilities:
• Real time Monitoring of Network alarms for T1.
• Circuit Testing – OFF net and ON Net for Copper T1 lines.
• T1 support /Help desk support on networking devices to TELUS Enterprise customers.
• Device testing of L2 devices of Voice customers. .
• Responds to calls, and assigned tickets / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.
• Work as Tester on new and upgrade on CWDM implementation for enterprise customers.
Work Location: Noida
Work Shift (IST): 5 PM-2 AM/ 6PM -3 AM/ 8 PM - 5 AM
Experience Level : Freshers to 6 months of experience
Required Skills:
• 0-6 months of experience in IT/ Network infrastructure and Monitoring of the services and WAN
• Network management expertise.
• Experience of IT Infrastructure/ Network Monitoring, Enterprise level NMS /Helpdesk Management
• tools / L1 (Network)
• CCNA Trained (preferred)
• Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ERGP)
• Should possess excellent verbal and written skills, and strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ready to work in 247 project.
Education Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology / Technical Degree in CSE/IT/ECE
