Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications for the company’s product offering
Build new functionality, improve performance, and fix bugs during the software development life cycle
Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to build and implement emerging software solutions
Test and debug programs to ensure that the code is free of errors and meets the specifications
Assess potential risks and technical challenges to identify solutions for the improvement of software applications
Utilize agile methodologies to plan and execute software development tasks
Meet project deadlines and ensure the highest quality output
Requirements
Familiarity with Java programming language, data structures, and algorithms
Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
Understanding of software development life cycle and software testing practices
Basic understanding of web development concepts including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
