Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Freshers with a B.tech in Mechanical Engineering to join our team at DCS Group. This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Qualifications and Skills
• B.tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory skill)
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
• Proficient problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs
• Basic computer skills to handle daily tasks and documentation
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior engineers and team members on project tasks and goals
• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components
• Conduct research and analysis to support project requirements and initiatives
• Help prepare detailed reports and documentation of project progress and results
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement
• Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Work on enhancing personal and professional skills through continuous education and training
