• Designation-
• Customer Support Associate (CSA)
• Job Profile-
• Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via calling.
• Mandatory Criteria-
• Min HS Passed
• Fresher & Experience both can apply
• Excellent verbal & Written communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
• Must have Laptop/Desktop enabled with original version of windows 10 and connected through Broadband/Wi-
• Must have 4GB RAM
• Customer orientation
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
• + hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
• Should have a typing speed of 28WPM with 85% accuracy (2 Min)
Interview Structure-
HR round – General check
Ops round
Client Round (Mock Chat) Video Call
Payouts –
Salary for Fresher 1.77 LPA, 13.2 K/Month.
Salary for minimum 1 Year experience candidate 2.20 LPA, 16.2 K/Month. (Release letter mandatory)
First 6 days of stipend payouts (300/Day) 7th Day offer letter
100% fixed salary

Sales Executive
Responsibilities:-
• Maintaining relationships with clients/leads provided by the company.
• Providing clients with support, information and guidance.
• Setting sale goals and developing sales strategies.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Reporting to appointed head of the team on daily basis.
• Meeting monthly sales target.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirements:-
Someone with excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Someone with great presentation skills.
• Good convincing skills.
• Someone with high energy level, who has confidence in themselves and can build a positive balance within the team.
• Exp: Minimum 1 Year of experience in Tele sales/ Sales. Freshers can also apply!!
