Job Requirements
As a Fresher Lab Technician, you will be responsible for supporting laboratory operations and assisting senior technicians and scientists in conducting experiments, tests, and research activities. Your primary role will be to ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, materials, and samples. You will also assist in data collection, analysis, and documentation of experimental procedures and results.
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform laboratory tests and experiments.
- Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and instruments for experiments.
- Collect, label, and process samples for analysis and testing.
- Conduct routine tests and measurements under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Record and document experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately.
- Assist in data analysis using computer software and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, or a related field).
- Strong theoretical knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting results.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
