Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Installation & Training Specialist

Location: Field-based (Travel to customer sites across India)

Key Responsibilities
• Installation & Commissioning:
• Travel to customer sites to install and set up woodworking machinery, ensuring proper functioning and alignment.
• Conduct thorough testing of machines to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Customer Training:
• Provide hands-on training to customers on machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop user-friendly documentation and training materials to assist customers in day-to-day operations.
• Technical Support:
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues during and after installation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Maintenance & Upgrades:
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance machine performance.
• Keep records of installation processes, maintenance activities, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
• Educational Background: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in machinery installation, maintenance, or a related field (freshers with relevant internships are also welcome).
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Physical Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions.
