As a Fresher Ophthalmologist with Sics & Phaco fellowship, you play a crucial role in providing comprehensive eye care services to patients. Your expertise in performing surgeries and conducting diagnostic procedures contributes to the well-being of individuals with eye-related conditions. Your role is essential in upholding the highest standards of patient care and ophthalmic practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Performing cataract surgeries using Sics & Phaco techniques
• Conducting pre-operative and post-operative assessments
• Diagnosing eye-related conditions and determining appropriate treatments
• Collaborating with other medical professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Prescribing medications and treatments as needed
• Participating in clinical rounds and case discussions
• Adhering to medical ethics and legal regulations
• Documenting patient records accurately
• Continuously learning and staying updated with advancements in ophthalmology
• Participating in research activities and journal clubs
• Providing patient education and counseling
• Assisting in community eye care programs
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensuring adherence to infection control protocols
• Attending conferences and workshops for professional development

Required Qualifications
• Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology
• Completion of Sics & Phaco fellowship program
• Valid medical license to practice
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates welcome
• Strong surgical skills with Sics & Phaco techniques
