Member Role: Real Estate Executive
Location : Bangalore
We are looking for a “Real Estate Executive” to create and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. Being a key member you should be dedicated for providing an exceptional client support, apply critical / strategic thought process and bring freshness, quick transaction / sales cycle in the Real Estate Industry. The Team Member would be a large representative for the firm in the market, interacting with the Clients for bringing the on-ground market knowledge to the firm.
• Initiate discussions to introduce our company to prospective clients understand their commercial real estate assets, set-up meeting with key decision makers
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Engage in calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, timely submission of company proposals internally
• Articulate reports as per internal team requirements
• Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant properties in the industry
• Work alongside team lead to gain knowledge on Bangalore real estate.
• Research and Connect with prospective clients
• Open to travel within the city
• Team player
• Good communication skills – written and spoken (English)
• MS Word, Excel and Power Point – Good knowledge required
• Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.
