Job Title: Regulatory Affairs – Trainee Officer

Key Responsibilities
Documentation and Filing
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents for drug approvals and renewals.
• Ensure all regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, and comply with industry standards.
Regulatory Compliance
• Assist in maintaining compliance with local and international regulations.
• Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates.
Collaboration
• Work closely with the R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to facilitate approvals and inspections.
Data Management
• Maintain regulatory databases and documentation archives.
• Ensure proper documentation of all regulatory processes and correspondence.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
• M.Pharm in Regulatory Affairs from a recognized university or institute.
