Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive - CHA & Freight Forwarding Industry (Fresher)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the CHA (Customs House Agent) and Freight Forwarding industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a fresher with a passion for sales and marketing. Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the CHA and Freight Forwarding industry.
Learn and understand the customs regulations, import/export processes, and logistics operations within the industry.
Support the sales team in identifying and targeting potential clients and key accounts, and assist in building strong relationships with decision-makers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and brochures, to promote company services and capabilities.
Participate in market research activities to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to contribute to effective marketing campaigns.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events alongside the sales team to enhance brand visibility and gain industry knowledge.
Provide assistance in monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing metrics, and contribute to preparing reports and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the CHA and Freight Forwarding sector.
Assist in conducting client meetings and presentations to understand their requirements and contribute to identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
