About this job
• The post holder will be responsible for assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and they are responsible for the software engineering output for tasks assigned to them.
• The post holder must be motivated and enthusiastic.
• The post holder shall work under the supervision of senior developers and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle
• The post holder may provide his knowledge and ideas in process and technical aspects of the software engineering discipline when appropriate.
• The Post holder is expected to be flexible across technologies be it related to Web or windows and expected to develop software and to contribute to the team to automate test for the software produced by the team.
• They will use their understanding of software development principles, patterns, practices and processes in the day-to-day tactical execution of their duty.

• Perform the engineering work streams and/or projects to quality and timeline in order to meet the demands of the business, stakeholders and customers alike
• Participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
• Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements
• Learn and adhere to software development best practices and standards
• Document software development processes, procedures, and results
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
• Continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge of software development practices and technologies
Knowledge, Skills and Experience (What you will KNOW or LEARN)
• The post holder must hold a BE degree/MCA/B.Tech CS/IT with consistent academic performance from X, XII standards onwards with a scoring of 60% and above.
• Must be already Trained or had work experience for up to 12 months from a reputed institution in C# .NET and must be able to code.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL
• Understanding of software development methodologies and practices such as Agile and Scrum
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for software development and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Knowledge or Experience with version control tools such as Git is a plus
