Hiring for SERVICE TECHNICIAN for a PURIFIER company in Hyderabad
FRESHERS CAN APPLY
TRANING WILL BE GIVEN
BASIC HINDI, TELUGU AND ENGLISH
COMPULSORY – TWO WHEELER & SMART PHONE
- Installation of parts and equipment of the brand
- Proper maintenance and repairing
- Visiting customer places to provide RO water purifier installations & service repairs
- Completing all allocated jobs on site: installation, service repair, and maintenance.
- Educating or providing demos to the customers on product usage/maintenance.
- Diagnosing technical issues and providing proper service solutions.
- Adherence of customer appointments and closing jobs within company TAT.
- To be used Mobile Apps for service calls attendance, closing and Updation in system
- Generating service revenue through AMCs and spare parts sales meeting Targets.
- Sharing proper service invoices to customers upon purchase of services and spare parts.
- To be ensured soft skills at customer place: Dressing, grooming, communication and fairness
- It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience
