Job Description
The main responsibility of a Phone Banker – BPO is to take responsibility for effectively resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries. The Phone Banker – BPO is in charge of providing excellent service to customers for all of their banking, financial, and investment needs.
Responsibilities of Phone Banker – BPO:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, conduct research on all issues, and offer solutions and/or alternatives.
Engage customers and meet sales targets.
Keep detailed records of all conversations in our database.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,500.00 – ₹23,500.00 per month
