Job Description
· Experience of 0-2 years of business development experience.
Lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Responsible for online bidding on Upwork (Mandatory), Elance, GURU, Freelancer and PPH portals and make at least 12-14 bids per day with at least 20% reply ratio.
· The candidate should be able to do Cold Calls to potential customers based in the international market.
· Excellent communication skills, able to well communicate with customers across the globe.
· Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile.
· Knows ethical way of bidding and proposal making as per the job requirement.
· Custom proposal making as per requirement understanding, Email Etiquette, Follow-up, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients and project discussion meeting scheduling.
· Ability to understand the business requirements to generate business through online portals.
· Client communication & bridging the gap.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Target, Customer Relations, International Business Development, Online Bidding, Communication Skills, International Business, Bidding.
· Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow ups, and also Project coordination.
· Create a Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by the client.
· Collaborated with global peers to meet all client RFP/RFI requirements and build fruitful relationships with clients.
· Involved in creation of short & long- term plans for RFPs, software development & peer development.
· Actively involved in the decision making process with technical staff and higher management.
· Introducing improvements in business strategy based on the customers feedback
