Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply!Key ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads) and long-form content using tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.Create motion graphics, animations, thumbnails, and static visuals with After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with brand guidelines and campaign goals.Optimize content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.Manage video shoots, basic scripting, and post-production timelines to meet tight deadlines.Stay updated on trends in video editing and graphic design to innovate our content strategy.Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).Strong understanding of video editing techniques, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.Basic knowledge of animation, typography, and UI/UX design principles.Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.Freshers: Portfolio showcasing 3-5 personal or academic projects (submit link with application).Bonus: Experience with fintech or startup content; knowledge of SEO for visuals.
