Job Description

The management of capital and liquidity is a key area of focus for senior management, recognized as being among the most significant challenges currently faced by the banking sector. As a firm, our ability to effectively lead our businesses in these areas will be a significant determinant of our future competitiveness.

Financial Resource Management (FRM) provides in-business leadership on capital and liquidity management and efficiency across the Institutional Clients Group. In this role you will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented meritocracy where everyone has a voice and your ideas could have a powerful, immediate impact. Key benefits include development of specialized capital knowledge, experience developing and executing complex analytical processes, exposure to senior leadership and multiple products across our ICG franchises, and working in a rewarding, creative, and dynamic environment.

FRM Strategic Projects India VP

You will be involved in the many diverse activities FRM engages in, to support the overall project portfolio and achieve the ICG strategy.

In line with the project-oriented nature of the Strategic Projects Team within ICG FRM, the focus of this role will be to lead and coordinate projects that are of the highest priority for the ICG in the areas of capital planning and RWA accuracy that have implications on the firm s bottom-line and strategic objectives.

The initial focus of this role will be to develop a Framework to improve accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Basel RWA production.
