Overview:
We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team while we continue to expand our growing family owned and operated business.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all of our customers.
The front counter associate at LCL Spas is first and foremost, the initial point of contact for our customers' interactions. This means the successful candidate will be highly customer service oriented with a professional, polite and positive demeanor.
We take pride in offering industry leading customer service, making attention to detail, proper planning and time management just as important as being personable and energetic.
Requirements:
All of the training required to fulfill this position will be provided.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a retail or hospitality environment is an asset
- Saturday availability
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Fluently speak, read, write and understand English
Duties and responsibilities:
- Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues in a professional and pleasant manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting, engaging and assisting customers
- Utilizing store POS (Quickbooks) to process customer purchases and requests
- Water testing and analysis
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization and stock levels in all areas
- Receiving of stock orders
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Adhering to safety protocols, standard operating procedures and company policies
Please note - for the right candidate we may consider a three or four day work week which would include Saturdays.
We are open 9:30-5:30 Monday to Saturday.
