Front Desk Agent
Super 8 Athabasca by Wyndham is a locally owned hotel with 80 rooms, pool, waterslide and fitness centre.
Currently looking for a new Front Desk Staff to join our team.
Needing someone to start May 6th
Responsibilities
Check-ins and check outs of guests in accordance with hotel standards in an efficient and friendly manner as well as verifying method of payment
Assign guests to hotel rooms
Takes reservations via telephone, fax and other correspondence
Answer guest inquiries regarding rates, packages, and general information accurately and in a timely manner
Resolving guests complaints and concerns
Help with Breakfast service
Ensuring the lobby and work area is clean and free of debris
Ensuring communication between different shifts and departments
Oversee and monitors meeting room and breakfast operations which includes preparation and cleaning
Assist other departments wherever necessary

Starting $17.00/hr with wage adjustment after 3 month evaluation
